1. Subscription Overview:
Participants may purchase a subscription package to enter 1, 3, or 5 tournaments within a 6-month period.
Tournament dates must be booked within the subscription period, subject to availability.

2. Subscription Validity:
All tournaments must be played within 6 months.
Unused tournaments after this period will expire with no refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy:
4.1 Tournaments can be rescheduled only twice in one season.
4.2 Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
4.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

4. Penalties:
4.1 Cancellation/No-Show: If a player cancels a tournament or fails to attend without a valid reason, a fine of
INR 399 will be imposed.
4.2 Invalid ID Proof: Submission of incorrect or fake ID proof will result in a ban from future tournaments.
4.3 Misconduct: Verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of disrespect toward other players or staff will not be
tolerated and will lead to immediate disqualification and/or ban.
4.4 Property Damage: Any intentional damage to equipment (e.g., kicking tables, breaking balls) will result in
a fine and possible suspension.

5. Umpire Authority:
5.1 Umpire decisions will be final and binding.
5.2 Umpires have the authority to issue yellow and red cards.
5.3 Umpires have the authority to ban players for misconduct or repeated violations.

6.Subscription Packages:
1 Tournament – ₹499
3 Tournaments – ₹1,199
5 Tournaments – ₹1,999

7.Prize Money:
Winner - Rs 1200
Runner up - Rs 900
Semi finalists - Rs 500 x 2
