Spinart Series is an innovative and player-friendly table tennis initiative designed tosupport upcoming players and non-professional competitors while offering flexibility, accessibility, and detailed analytics.
Flowchart for a participant-
Sign up> wait for Admin to approve> Login> Select tournament>Subscribe and pay> Select date and Venue> Wait for availability> If approved then participate.
Meaning of the following words/buttons on the website-
1) Approved - A participants entry is accepted and he/she can play.
2) Waiting - A participant has to wait till the final participants
list is scheduled. Approval/Rejection is given 24 hours before the
tournament.
3) Rejected- A participants entry is not accepted and he/she can try
for another tournament in the series.
Tournament Membership & Registration
1. Sign-up Process:
- Players register in Spinart series.
- Submit details (name, contact, email, etc.) for admin approval.
- Account remains inactive until approved by admin.
2. Admin Approval:
- Admin reviews and approves/rejects registrations.
- Approved players receive login credentials (email/SMS).
Player Dashboard (After Login)
- Features:
1. Profile Management: Edit personal details, profile picture, etc.
2. Match Results & Stats: View past performances, rankings, wins/losses.
3. Tournament Entries:
- Submit/schedule entries for upcoming tournaments.
- Select dates (up to 5 tournaments per season).
4. Subscription:
- Subscribe for 1,3 or 5 tournaments.
- Pre-pay entry fees via plans:
5. Rankings: Display overall ranking across seasons.
Tournament Scheduling Rules
1. Frequency:
- Weekly tournaments (Saturday + Sunday).
2. Deadline:
- Entries close *1 week before* the tournament date.
3. Season Limit*:
- Max 5 tournaments/player/season (season = 6 months).
Confirmation & Communication
1. Instant Confirmation:
- After selecting dates, players receive confirmation via:
- WhatsApp/Email/SMS/In-app notification within minutes.
2. Match Details:
- Confirmed players receive venue, date, and match timings via:
- WhatsApp/Email/SMS (24–48 hours before the tournament).
Tournament Structure
1. Group Stage (Round-Robin)-16 players divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D) with 4 playerseach. Each player faces every other player in their group(3 matches per player). Matches are best-of-3 games(first to win 2 games wins the match).
2. Group Standings & Tiebreakers
Top 2 players from each group advance to the knockout stage (Quarterfinals).
3. Knockout Stage (Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Finals)**
Quarterfinals (Cross-Group Matchups)
- QF1: 1st (A) vs 2nd (C)
- QF2:1st (D) vs 2nd (B)
- QF3:1st (C) vs 2nd (A)
- QF4:1st (B) vs 2nd (D)
- Semifinals:
- SF1: Winner QF1 vs Winner QF2
- SF2:Winner QF3 vs Winner QF4
- Finals:
- Winner SF1 vs Winner SF2
4. Match Format in Knockout Stage
- All knockout matches (QF, SF, Final) are best-of-3 games first to win 2 games).
- If a game reaches 10-10, sudden death (next point wins).
