Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

3.1 If Spinart fails to book your subscription tournaments within the 6-month period, you will receive a refund
for the remaining tournaments.
3.2 A refund of the subscription may be requested at any time before the tournament date or before
subscription expiry, provided a doctor's certificate or medical report is submitted.

If you fall under the refund policy, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
